courses. Online classes have many benefits over traditional ones. For example, study
material in traditional classes includes books, handwritten notes, worksheets, etc. In online
classes, this material can be in the form of PDFs, video lectures, Youtube links, and e-books.
Distribution of study material in online classes is easier and can be sent to a lot of people in
little time. Hence, it saves time, energy, and most importantly, resources like paper.
Rootworkz has made the process of sharing study material online easy and hassle-free.
Here, we present you with a step-by-step guide to upload your study material and share it
with the whole batch.
Step 1:
Open https://www.rootworkz.com/admin-login and enter your credentials. Click Login to proceed.
Now to add study resources that are in the form of PDFs and documents, follow the given steps -
Step 2:
The admin dashboard appears. Now click on SHARE STUDY RESOURCES to upload PDF files, word files, etc.
Step 3:
Click on + ADD RESOURCES.
Step 4:
This is the final step. Enter the “notes name”, “batch name”, “topic”, and click on Select File +. A dialogue box appears. Choose the file that you want to upload from your device. Finally, click on CREATE DOCUMENT, and the study material will be uploaded and it will be shared with the whole batch.
This was a guide on how to insert study material that is in the form of documents. To insert video resources, follow the below steps –
Step 2:
After logging in, the admin dashboard appears. Now click on SHARE VIDEO LECTURES to upload the videos that you want to share.
Step 3:
Instead of first downloading the video from the internet, and then uploading it for students, you can directly enter the Youtube URL to insert the video. This saves a lot of time and uploading is easy and quick. Enter the “lecture name”, “batch name”, and enter the Youtube video URL. Click on “ADD VIDEO RESOURCES” to finally upload the video. The video will be shared with the whole batch.
