Batch Manager in RootWorkz LMS.
Rootworkz enables you to create batches of students just like in traditional classrooms. It helps you to, manage students in the batch, create tests, view the results, and much more!
Let’s see the functionalities of the batch manager.
CREATING A NEW BATCH
Open https://www.rootworkz.com/admin-login and enter your credentials. Click Login to proceed.
The admin dashboard appears. Now click on BATCH MANAGER to create a new batch of students.
The Batch Manager appears. Click on +CREATE BATCH.
Here’s the window where you have to enter the batch name, and the batch description. Click on “Create batch”.
UPDATING BATCH DETAILS
Above were the steps to create a new batch. Rootworkz enables you to update the batch details after it is created. Click on the “Manage batch” drop down arrow on the right side of the newly created batch. Select “Update details”.
VIEWING TESTS OF A BATCH
Furthermore, you can create and update the tests for a batch. Click on the “Manage Batch” drop down arrow, and select View test.

VIEWING STUDENTS IN A BATCH
Go to batch manager, and click on the Manage Batch drop down arrow on the right side of the batch. Click on View Students.
The student list opens. It shows the name of the students, date of joining the batch, their email ID and their enrolment ID. You can also update their details and view their individual performance.
